Our policy extends for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Wardrobe boxes, packing paper, dish packs, plate packs, wrap, and gift cards cannot be returned.
To complete your return we require a proof of purchase (receipt). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process into your bank account or contact your bank to verify the transfer after a reasonable amount of time has passed.
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned.
If you need to cancel your order, please provide more than 24 hours notice and a full refund will be issued with at least 24 hour notice. Any cancellations within less than 24 hours from the scheduled delivery will receive a 50% refund.
